make and bake
yesterday we decided to make some cookies...using this little nifty device:
it's great fun for small fingers, because all you do is press the trigger once for each cookie...the idea is that the cookie dough sticks to the grease proof paper, so that you can easily lift up the press and move on to the next cookie...
and tah-dah...

lovely days...
a few pics from the end of our Easter holiday...we went round Whitlingham Broad a few times...4 to be precise...the smallest people have just learned to ride their bikes without stabilisers...we had 'bike school' in the park for 4 days, and they cracked it (i'm particularly pleased because not sure how much more bending down and running along while holding a rucsac full of drinks and elastoplast supplies my back could have taken) but they are off...and i was very proud of them biking round the broad...a total of 9 miles...wow
we found a bear...
a lonely bear...

lazy sunday and boxes...
sunday morning...lovely lazy morning at home...this is Miss T typing a letter to Father Christmas (she loves Christmas and can watch Christmas 'diveos' all year round!)...just look at the time on the clock...and we were all still lazing about having a cup of tea on the bed...lovely
these are a couple of boxes i got from a sweet shop in Norwich...i happened to be in there when a couple of the ladies were stocking up and i thought these boxes were amazing...don't ask....i do have a thing for boxes...you can't beat a good old shoe box, anyway, i asked if i they were just going to throw them out when they were finished stocking up, they said yes, so i asked if i could have them...they gave me the funniest look and handed them over...i think these boxes are ace!
and onto more boxes...i spotted these being put up in our local park this afternoon...they look like a real work of art don't they?
